Amid today's tumult, some good news: Hilary Doe, the National Director of the Roosevelt Campus Network and Roosevelt | Pipeline, has been recognized by the Frances Perkins Center with their "Open Door Award." The award is inspired by advice given to FDR Labor Secretary Frances Perkins by her grandmother that, "when a door opens to you, you must walk through it."

Under Hilary's leadership, the Campus Network has doubled in size to become the largest student policy development network in the country. It now boasts an impressive showing of chapters led by women and people of color. There is also strong representation on public and private campuses, commuter and residential universities.
